Ring Manufacturing Capabilities

OD up to 300 mm, tolerance to ±0.003 mm, roundness to 0.0005 mm, and seal face flatness to 1 light band. Surface finish down to Ra 0.02 μm. All rings 100% inspected with CMM, optical comparator, and flatness gauge. FAI and OQC reports provided.
